O R D E R:

In the reference 2 nd cited, the State Project Director, RVM(SSA), AP, Hyderabad has issued instructions, that the Part Time Instructors shall attend the school daily only in the afternoon hours, so that they will teach games, sports, drill etc., to children.

In pursuance of the instructions issued vide reference 2 nd cited and in view of the circumstances explained in the reference 3 rd & 4th cited, the District Collector & Chairman, SS, Vizianagaram has accorded permission to all the Part Time Instructors in Art Education, Health & Physical Education and Work Education in Upper Primary Schools / Upper Primary Sections of High Schools to attend half day in the afternoon hours only with the following instructions.

•      Part Time Instructors shall attend the school daily only in the afternoon hours, so that they will teach games, sports, drill etc., to children.

•      They shall teach their subjects only for which they are engaged. • They shall only be involved in co-curricular activities of children.

•      They should not be allowed to teach any other subjects.

•      Separate periods for physical education, Art Education & Work Education (Craft) should be allotted to the students.

•       The individual shall be available during all the working days of the Govt. In addition, the individual should be available whenever his/her services are required on holidays / after office hours due to urgent works.

•       In view of the above all the Headmasters, Mandal Educational Officers and Dye Educational Officers in the district are instructed to permit all the Part Time Instructors working under Samagra Shiksha, Vizianagaram district to attend half day in the afternoon hours.
