Sub: School Education - A.P Samagra Shiksha – Termination of the Services of Outsourcing and Contract Employees working under Samagra Shiksha in the State for the year 2025-2026 and Re-engagement for the academic year 2026-27-Orders Issued- Reg.

All the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that, as per the Academic Calendar for the year 2025–26, the Academic Year will be concluded by 23.04.2026 and declared Summer vacation for all schools in the State under all managements from 24.04.2026 to 11.06.2026

Therefore, all the Additional Project Coordinators in the State are requested to terminate the contractual agreement of the services of all the Contract Employees, who are working under the control of Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State (i.e., Data Entry Operators, MIS Coordinators, CRMTs, IERPs, Messengers, Office Subordinates, Site Engineers, Part Time Instructors, System Analysts and Sectoral/Assistant Sectoral Officers, etc.) as per the terms and

conditions of the contractual agreement by 23.04.2026(A.N.,) for the Academic Year 2025–26, duly following the procedure laid down in the agreement.

Further, all the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are instructed to re-engage their services for the ensuing Academic Year 2026–27 w.e.f. 25.04.2026 for the Academic Year 2026–27, duly following the guidelines of the contractual agreement and under proper approvals of the concerned District Collector and Chairman, Samagra Shiksha.

These instructions are not applicable to the staff working under KGBVs.
