Sub:    Samagra Shiksha – Guntur District – Termination of contractual services of Contract Employees working under Samagra Shiksha for the Academic Year 2025–26 and Re- engagement for the Academic Year 2026–27 – Orders – Issued.

In pursuance of the instructions issued by the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P., vide reference 1 cited, to terminate the contractual services of all the Contract Employees working under the control of Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State (i.e., Data Entry Operators, MIS Coordinators, CRMTs, IERPs, Messengers, Office Subordinates, Site Engineers, Part Time Instructors, System Analysts and Sectoral/Assistant Sectoral Officers, etc.) as per the terms and conditions of the contractual agreement by 23.04.2026 (A.N.) for the Academic Year 2025–26, and further to re-engage their services for the ensuing Academic Year 2026–27 w.e.f. 25.04.2026, duly following the guidelines of the contractual agreement and under proper approvals of the concerned District Collector & Chairman, Samagra Shiksha.

Accordingly, as per the approval accorded by the Hon’ble District Collector & Chairman, Samagra Shiksha, Guntur  District vide reference 2 cited, the contractual services of all Contract Employees working under Samagra Shiksha, Guntur District are hereby terminated by 23.04.2026 (A.N.) for the Academic Year 2025–26, duly following the terms and conditions of their contractual agreements.

Further, the same Contract Employees are hereby re-engaged w.e.f. 25.04.2026 for the Academic Year 2026–27, subject to satisfactory performance, submission of attendance certificates, continuation of requirements, and adherence to the terms and conditions of the contractual agreements and instructions issued by the State Project Office from time to time.

The categories of employees covered under these proceedings include Data Entry Operators, MIS Coordinators, Mandal Level Accountants, CRMTs, IERPs, Messengers, Office Subordinates, Site Engineers, Part-Time Instructors, System Analysts, Sectoral Officers, Assistant Sectoral Officers and other Contract Employees working under the control of Samagra Shiksha, Guntur District.

All the concerned Mandal Educational Officers and controlling officers are instructed to ensure proper implementation of these orders and maintain relevant records accordingly.

Any deviation noticed in implementation shall be viewed seriously.
