In the reference 1st read above , the resident, State APSSA Part Time Instructors of Art Education, Work, Health, Physical Education,welfare Association, D/No: 5-145,Near MS Darga, Nalagadda Veedi, Gooty RS, Ananthapuramu has submitted a representation duly requesting that due to heavy work pressure certain Head Masters have making pressure to attend duties in full time and requested to issue necessary instructions as per memo no: 26/RVM(SSA)/B10/C3/2011, dated; 30.05.2014 of the State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission(SSA), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

 

Vide reference 3rd read above the State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has issued instructions that the Part Time Instructors of Art Education, Work Education, Health & Physical Education shall attend the school daily only in the Afternoon hours, and they will teach Games, Sports ,Drill etc., to children's and also issued certain as follows:

 

I. They shall teach their subjects only for which they are engaged.

II. They shall only be involved in Co-Curricular activities of children's

III. They should not be allowed to teach any other subjects.

IV. Separate period for Physical Education, Art Education & Work Education(Craft) should be allotted to the students.

 

Vide reference 2nd read above the Additional State Project Director , Samagra Shikhsa AP, Amaravathi has informed the Additional Project Co Ordinator, AP Samagra Shikhsa, Ananthapuramu no cancellation orders have been issued in respect of the progs (as per reference 3rd read above ). Accordingly, the said progs remain valid and in force and clarified that no subsequent amendments or modifications have been made to the above mentioned proceedings to date.

 

In view of the circumstances explained above as per instructions of the Additional State Project Director, Samagra Shikhsa AP,Amaravathi , the Deputy Educational Officers, Ananthapuramu, Gooty, all the Mandal Educational Officers in the District and all Head Masters of all Managements (except Private Un Aided) to permit all the Part Time Instructors of Art Education, Work Education, Health & Physical Education working in Ananthapuramu District to attend Half Day .I.,e only in the After Noon hours only to the school as per instructions of Additional State Project Director, Samagra Shikhsa AP,Amaravathi.

 

The Additional Project Co-Ordinator, AP Samagra Shikhsa, Ananthapurmau is informed that to act as per instructions of the orders issued vide reference 2nd & 3rd above.

 

Receipt of these progs should  be acknowledged.
