With reference to letter in the
reference read above, the Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha is
hreby permitted to sanction ex-gratia of an amount of Rs. 2.00 Lakh to the
legal heir of Late Sri Ch. Venugopal, Part Time Instructor, Z.P. High School,
Koppaka, Pedavegi Mandal, West Godavari District worked on Contract Basis w.e.f
01.04.2013 and died while in service on 07.07.2020 at ASHRAM hospital, Eluru
due to attacking Corona Virus with the approval the District Collector and
Chairman, Samagra Shiksha duly following the procedure laid down in G.O.Ms.No.25
Finance 9HR.I-Plg. & Policy) Department, dated 18.02.2019.
This has the approval of the
State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, AP, Amaravati.
